Auditions - America 250 Celebration Concert

Adult singers are needed for the Greenville Symphony Orchestra/ACTS America's 250th Celebration concert scheduled for 3pm on Saturday, October 10, 2026 at Passavant Center in Greenville, Pennsylvania. Solo numbers and several choral selections are scheduled to be performed. Auditions will be held at the ACTS Performing Arts Center, 40 South Irvine Avenue in Sharon, Pennsylvania on June 22 or June 23 from 7 to 9 pm. A pianist will be provided. Please bring along sheet music for accompanist.

Auditioning singers should come prepared to audition with a song from The Great American Songbook or from the Golden Age of Broadway. Choral and musical theater experience is a plus. A memorized selection is preferred but not required.

Selected Singers will have twice weekly rehearsals with Dr. Allan Mosher at ACTS Performing Arts Center, beginning in mid-August. Failure to attend rehearsals on a consistent basis will result in the ineligibility of the singer to perform in the concert.
